Knitting in public

I admit it – I knit in public.

I knit almost *everywhere*, so in public isn’t all that unusual, is it?

This post begins a series of “places I have knit” ๐Ÿ™‚

So far, this includes:

Bayeux (outside, sitting on a wall, not, unfortunately, inside where the tapestry is, which would have had more impact!).

University classrooms, waiting areas

Channel ferry

Driving – well, when husband was driving – over most of the UK, parts of France and parts of Belgium

Trains up and down England

I like knitting in public, because I like knitting. ย When I first did it, I felt as though I was doing something that had to be hidden, which is just odd – knitting isn’t shameful! ๐Ÿ™‚
